What should I bring on the boat?

We recommend bringing a towel, sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. We also supply life jackets, snorkel masks, and fins for all ages and sizes. There is plenty of secured and dry storage space on board, so please feel free to bring any equipment or items that you would like to have with you for your adventure on the water.

What if there is rain in the forecast?

Turks and Caicos is know for its 350 days of sunny skies, but just like any tropical island - we do get rain. Usually if the forecast shows rain, the weather will pass over the island in fifteen minutes or less.

Safety always comes first and our experienced Captain examines the weather and water conditions daily. In the off chance that it is not safe to go out, you will not be charged and we will do our best to reschedule your trip for another day.

Do you have a sunscreen policy?

The sun is always out in the Turks and Caicos and even stronger when your out on the water. We
always recommend wearing sunscreen and reapplying every 80 minutes or whenever you get out of the water. That being said, our reefs are fragile and we want to play our part in protecting them.

We recommend only using mineral/physical blocker sunscreens whose active ingredient is either Zinc or Titanium Dioxide. Not only are physical blockers the only type of sunscreens that will protect you from skin cancer, but they also won’t hurt our reefs. As little as 1 drop of oxybenzone or octinoxate (the active ingredients in chemical blocker sunscreen) in the ocean, is enough to cause an adverse effect in corals contributing to the deterioration of our reef system.

We highly recommend these reef safe brands Raw Elements, Manda Naturals, Suntegrity.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

On all of our trips, we provide all-you-can-drink local beer and rum punch. Additionally, on our Sunset Cruises we provide wine or champagne.

You are more then welcome to bring any other alcohol of your choice on board. Just let us know ahead of time in case we need to bring an additional YETI cooler.

I have dietary restrictions. Will there be food I can eat?

Yes! Please let us know ahead of time if anyone in your group has a food allergy or any dietary restrictions so that we can accommodate your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash and PayPal. Unfortunately, Venmo does not work in the Turks and Caicos at this time. When you book online, payment is taken through PayPal. Please note there is a 12% government tax added to all bookings. If you wish to pay with cash or with a credit card on the day of the trip, please email bookings@paradiseexcursions.tc

We've never been to the Turks & Caicos before, and we don't know what we want to do?

Don' worry! Whether you're a frequent flier or a first time guest, our professional and extremely experienced team will work with you to plan the perfect day in paradise.

If we see dolphins in the water is it safe to jump in?

While there is no guarantee that we will see dolphins, it is definitely safe to jump in the water if we do. Dolphins, by nature, are friendly and playful marine animals who love to play and jump in the wake of our boat. Especially if we run into JoJo and his family. So feel free to put on your mask and fins to get a closer look! Chances are they will swim right beside you, but always remember to not touch or grab the them.

Do you offer a discount for multiple bookings or repeat guests?

Absolutely, contact us at bookings@paradiseexcursions.tc for more information.
