DELLIS CAY 

 

Dellis Cay is a beautiful non-inhabited island that is nestled in between Fort George and Parrot Cay.  The island has a pristine shoreline that is a wonderful spot to go shelling, but what it is most famous for is the abandoned project of "The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Dellis Cay".                                                 Construction started on this project back in 2010, but by 2011 the project was cancelled due to financial struggles. To this day the foundation of the hotel project remains intact. On both of our North Shore trips we can take you to explore the ruins, shell on the beach or enjoy a tropical rum punch on you own private island.
